Uninstalling Backup Service
On occassion, the data backup client will not
opperate correctly when installed as a service. If
you are getting "Failed Backup Alerts" and you know
your current installation is opperating normally,
there is a good chance that you need to Uninstall
the Backup Service (not the application, but the
Windows Service).
This will only change the way the application
starts on your computer. However, all backup
configurations will remain the same. This simple
procedure will result in more accurate reporting and
notification by our system.
*Note: If the Service is uninstalled, the
backup application will not function when the user
has logged off. If you log off of your computer,
backups will not take place. Alternatively, it is
reccomended that the computer is locked using
ctr+alt+del and selecting "Lock Computer"
